Cardinal Hospice: Vision

What is a Vision Statement and why do we need a Vision Statement if we have a Mission Statement? A mission statement is what we are doing now.  It is our core purpose and our daily actions and goals. A Vision Statement is the FUTURE.  It’s what we aspire to become or achieve.  A Vision Statements purpose is to inspire and guide our long term direction. 

Our Vision Statement is “Leading the way in celebrating, honoring, and preserving, every person’s legacy".

We want to be the Hospice that truly celebrates each person’s journey, stories, values, and their love.  We want to honor the life with the reverence it deserves.  We want to inspire other hospices to see a future where no legacy fades but instead is a light for the families, inspiring and reminding us of what truly matters.  At the heart of our vision is a deep belief: that every person, no matter how long or short their time, leaves behind something worth preserving. And we are here to lead the way.  To champion dignity, elevate memory, and ensure that every life is remembered with meaning.
